Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Time
We ship from China. Estimated delivery times are 7-20 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, unclaimed status, or failed delivery attempts, the buyer is responsible for the reshipping cost. We will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and either reship your order or issue a refund.
