Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Return Shipping Cost
Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping).
